NEW LEADERS
Kathleen Pacyna, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Program Impact and Learning at New Leaders, where responsibilities include supporting organizational learning and enhancing program outcomes for underserved student populations. With extensive experience in research and program evaluation, Kathleen has held various leadership positions including Executive Director at the William Ferris Chorale and Director of Research and Evaluation at Evanston Cradle to Career. Additional experience encompasses roles in quality assurance at Chicago Commons and community investment operations at United Way of Metropolitan Chicago. Kathleen has also taught at Oakton Community College and Loyola University Chicago, specializing in sociology. Kathleen holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from Loyola University Chicago, along with a Master's degree in the same field and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Theology from Marquette University.
