Armen Jamkotchian

Armen Jamkotchian, PhD, currently serves as VP of Engineering at BetterManager since May 2023. Previously, Armen held the position of VP of Engineering at Heal and Senior Vice President of Engineering at QLess, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing the engineering organization and supporting a successful transition to a new investor syndicate. Armen's extensive experience also includes roles such as Sr. Director of Software Engineering at Green Dot Corporation, where management of onshore and offshore teams was pivotal in delivering B2B solutions for major partners. Additional positions include consulting as a Senior Software Architect at Fandango, managing enterprise software architecture at Outlook Amusements, and leading software engineering at Digabrate, LLC. Armen has a strong background in engineering architecture through roles at Twinspires.com and Youbet.com, as well as contributions to the MySpace Developer Platform at speakTECH. Armen earned a PhD in Multi-Input, Multi-Output Control Systems from National Polytechnic University of Armenia.
