Duanna Pang

Duanna Pang is a veteran leadership coach and trainer, currently serving as the owner and certified coach at Discerning Leadership since January 2005, emphasizing reality-based approaches to leadership. In addition to coaching C-suite leaders, directors, and physicians, Duanna also works with New Level Work as an executive and leadership coach, and is involved with Butterfly&CO, customizing leadership workshops for global clients. Recently, Duanna joined Churchill Leadership Group as a leadership coach and trainer, dedicated to empowering untapped talent within organizations. An author of the book "Inspired and Prosperous," Duanna's writing features insights from world-renowned coaches. Earlier experience includes executive coaching with MDCanHelp and talent development with Lee Hecht Harrison. Duanna possesses a diverse educational background with degrees from the University of London and the University of California, Berkeley, alongside multiple coaching certifications. Previous roles also include magazine editor and writer for notable publications in the Asia-Pacific region.
