As a global professional, Rachel has lived and worked across five continents in more than 40 countries. Over a 30-year career, she has supported leaders in a variety of fields and organizations with executive coaching, human resource development, and leadership and organizational development.
Drawn to complex multi-cultural workplace environments, especially to the myriad challenges that women face as expat leaders in non-profits or humanitarian organizations, Rachel also coaches C-suite, senior, and middle management leaders in broader international contexts - guiding them to achieve career transformation, develop their leadership skills, enhance relationships up, down, and across their organization, become more effective communicators, and build stronger teams.
Credentialled (PCC) by the International Coach Federation, she has coached over 4000 hours, and more than 450 clients, representing 52 nationalities. Her clients are business leaders and teams, expatriates and foreign nationals, culturally diverse teams, and individuals of all kinds who are hungry to change how they face their workdays.
After long career success on projects and field offices in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, Africa, Asia, The Caucasus, and the Balkans in diverse sectors, Rachel discovered Co-active Coaching. She is a Certified Professional Leadership Coach (CPCC, PCC); Certified Co-Active Leader, certified as a Neuro-Transformational Coach (CNTC), a Certified Facilitator, and a bilingual English/Spanish speaker.
