Sarika Sethi

Sarika Sethi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management. As co-founder and director of Gemini Power Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd. since May 1995, Sarika has played a pivotal role in the company's development. In addition to this role, Sarika serves as co-founder and CEO of New Level Work since August 2021, and has been a Strengths Coach and Leadership Accelerator at Gallup since January 2015. Educational qualifications include an Executive General Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Economics from Mount Carmel College, along with further studies at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
