Kim Walter

Kim Walter, CMPE, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both real estate and healthcare operations. Currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at Kentucky Properties Realty Group since March 2024, Kim has been the Director of Operations at Lexington Clinic since April 1995, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Kim also held the position of Assistant Director at Associated Physician Services in Kentucky Ear, Nose & Throat. Educationally, Kim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Kentucky between 1989 and 1994.
