Karen Beinhaur

Karen Beinhaur has a strong background in nursing leadership and management. Karen is currently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer at New London Hospital, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the ACNO at the same hospital from April 2021 to May 2022. Before joining New London Hospital, Karen worked as the Vice President of Patient Care Services/Chief Nursing Officer at The University of Vermont Health Network- Porter Medical Center from February 2016 to March 2021. Karen also served as the Clinical Director of Emergency Services and Urgent Care at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH, from June 2006 to February 2016.

Karen Beinhaur earned their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Elmira College, completing their studies from 1992 to 1996. Subsequently, they pursued their Master of Science in Nursing Education (MSN/Ed) from the University of Phoenix from 2005 to 2007.
