Kieran A. Kays began their work experience in 1981 at Sisters Hospital in Buffalo, NY, where they served as the Manager of QI/CM/UR until 1997. In 2001, they joined New London Hospital as the Vice President of Compliance and Risk Management. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the organization's Corporate Compliance Program, coordinating the insurance program, managing all legal activities, and providing oversight for the Health Information Department and Medical Staff activities. Additionally, Kieran served as the Chair of the Board of Trustees for Lake Sunapee Region Visiting Nurse Association starting in 2016.
