Jessie Greenspan

Jessie Greenspan currently serves as the Strategic Initiatives & Government Relations Manager at the New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Jessie held the role of Chief of Staff at the New Mexico State Senate for a brief period in early 2023. From 2013 to 2023, Jessie was with the Open Society Foundations, where roles included Senior Associate Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Officer and Senior Program Specialist for Education & Youth Development. Additional experience includes positions as General Manager at Sweet Revolution and Duniani Lodge, Field Organizer for New Era Colorado, and Legal Researcher for the United Nations-International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Public Policy with a focus on Global Affairs & Human Security from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Affairs, specializing in Peace and Conflict Resolution from the University of Colorado Boulder.
