Melissa Bruce

Melissa Bruce is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in database administration and program management. Currently serving as a Database Administrator II at the New Mexico Department of Information Technology since November 2023, Melissa previously held the position of Sr. Program Manager at T-Mobile for two decades, where strategic initiatives were led to enhance business objectives through data analytics and reporting. Additional roles at T-Mobile included Systems Experience Manager, where retail prepaid user acceptance testing was overseen, and multiple support analyst positions focusing on improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
