Carlos Castaneda Jr, Pe

Carlos Castaneda Jr PE has over 20 years of experience in the civil engineering industry, with expertise in subdivision design, roadway design, grading & drainage plans, and QA/QC of project plan sets. Currently serving as the State Maintenance technical support engineer, product evaluation engineer, and PESC Chair at the New Mexico Department of Transportation. Carlos has also held various engineering roles at different companies such as State of New Mexico DOT and HDR. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of New Mexico.
