Ricky Quinones has been with the New Mexico Department of Transportation since June 1998, starting as a Summer Aid. Over the years, Ricky has held various titles within the department, including Engineering Technician III and Management Analyst - A. Ricky also has experience as a Civil Engineer Tech and has managed the Santa Fe Project Office. Ricky has pursued education at Santa Fe Community College and Capital High School.
