Tisha Clark

Tisha Clark has a background in civil engineering and project management. With experience in both the public and private sectors, Tisha has worked on various roadway and bridge projects, as well as mining operations. Tisha has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Queen's University. Currently serving as the State Construction Engineer at NMDOT, Tisha has also held roles such as Traffic Engineer at Doña Ana County and Civil Engineering Technician at Blanchard Engineering Inc. In their diverse career, Tisha has demonstrated expertise in design, drafting, construction liaison, and project development.
