Susan Seefeldt

Susan Seefeldt currently serves as the Data Analytics and Research Bureau Chief at the New Mexico Early Childhood Education and Care Department, a role held since June 2025. In this position, Susan oversees the Early Childhood Integrated Data System (ECIDS), focusing on data integrity and leading projects from inception to completion, while implementing data visualization initiatives using Power BI. Previously, from January 2018 to June 2025, Susan held multiple roles at the New Mexico Department of Health, including Bureau Chief of the Bureau of Behavioral Support and Third Party Payer Coordinator for Overdose Prevention. Prior experience includes serving as Business Manager at the Pueblo of Sandia Health Center and Director of Education and Training at Numotion. Susan's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Organization, Information and Learning Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology-Human Services & Social Policies from The University of New Mexico, along with an Associate of Arts in Business-Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
