Teresa McDill is currently the Manager of the Air Quality Enforcement Unit at the New Mexico Environment Department. Teresa previously held positions such as Environmental Specialist at the Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department of New Mexico, Manager of the Office of Strategic Initiatives at New Mexico State Environment, and Senior Project Manager at the State of New Mexico's Office of the State Engineer. Teresa also has experience as the East Central Watershed Section Manager at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and as the Pest Detection and Response Unit Supervisor at the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. Teresa holds two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Soil Science and the other in Range Management from the University of Wyoming.
