Lisa Rossignol

Lisa Rossignol currently serves as the Customer Innovation Bureau Chief at the New Mexico Health Care Authority, where strategic planning and customer experience metrics are key responsibilities. With extensive experience as a Business Analyst and in leadership roles across various organizations, Lisa has worked on significant projects such as the Medicaid Management Information System Replacement. Previous roles include Lead Contact Tracer at the New Mexico Department of Health and Project Director for The New Mexico Disability Story, showcasing a solid background in health communication, advocacy, and technology integration. Lisa holds a Master's of Art in Health Communication and a fellowship in Disability Policy from The University of New Mexico.
