Aletheia Allen is an accomplished attorney currently serving as Solicitor General for the New Mexico Department of Justice since February 2023. Previously, Aletheia worked at the New Mexico Court of Appeals from 2014 to 2023, where roles included Chief Appellate Attorney and various positions in the Prehearing Division, focusing on case review and legal research. Aletheia also practiced law at Arland & Associates, LLC from 2011 to 2014, specializing in bankruptcy, appellate law, and corporate litigation. Early career experience includes serving as a law clerk for the Honorable James J. Wechsler and working as a legal and marketing consultant at ZedZone. Aletheia holds a JD from The University of New Mexico School of Law and a BA from the University of Chicago.
