Anne Kelly has extensive legal experience within the New Mexico Office of the Attorney General, serving in various capacities including Deputy Attorney General, Director of the Criminal Appeals Division, and Staff Attorney from October 1994 to July 2020. Anne Kelly earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Law from The University of New Mexico.
