Rachel Apodaca

Rachel Apodaca, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at the New Mexico Department of Justice, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Rachel was the Administrative Operations Manager at the New Mexico office of the State Treasurer for a brief period in early 2024. From 2008 to 2023, Rachel accumulated extensive experience at the New Mexico Office of the Attorney General, where roles included Financial Coordinator and Law Clerk, focusing on customer service and compliance for charitable organizations. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from New Mexico Highlands University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from UNM Anderson School of Management.
