Rudy Olivares

Rudy Olivares, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, serves as an Assistant Professor at New Mexico State University and has extensive experience in healthcare leadership. Previously, Rudy held the position of Service Line Director - Orthopedic at Vizient, Inc., and served as the Director Of Surgical Services at Presbyterian Hospital of Plano. Rudy has also worked as a Surgical Service Line Director at MedAssets and provided consultancy services as a Subject Matter Expert for Premier Health Partners. Rudy obtained a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Nursing Administration from The University of Texas at El Paso and completed a Doctor of Nursing Practice at The University of Texas at Arlington between January 2020 and August 2022.
