Fredrik Marthinsen

Fredrik Marthinsen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Fredrik began their career as an SAP consultant at Team121 in 1997. Fredrik then joined LogicaCMG in 1999, where they held various roles including ERP manager, Business Manager for Wireless Solutions, Sales Manager Telecom, and Regional Manager (south of Sweden). At LogicaCMG, they played a crucial role in developing the telecom sector and evaluating DoCoMo's I-mode-platform for the European market.

In 2006, Fredrik co-founded and served as a Founder, Boardmember, and COO at BiTA Väst, an IT business process consultancy and education company specializing in the ITIL framework. Fredrik successfully built the company in just 2 years.

Fredrik also worked at Göteborg Energi from 2008 to 2009 as a Business Developer, New Services, where they developed new products and services based on a wireless network.

In 2014, Fredrik joined Kungsbacka Tennisklubb as the Chairman/Ordförande, overseeing the club's activities. Fredrik then founded and became the Chairman of Jappa in 2015, the world's first truly digital employer.

Since 2012, Fredrik has been the CEO of New Minds, where they lead the company's operations and strategic direction.
