Mona Ghazi

Mona Ghazi is an accomplished entrepreneur and speaker with extensive experience in empowering young founders and transforming industries. As the Founder of the Neuropreneur Institute since January 2024, Ghazi leads initiatives in neuro entrepreneurship. Currently speaking at Disrupting Minds, topics include “Shaping an entrepreneurial mind” and “Winning and engaging GenZ talent.” Ghazi is also a Fellow at Sigma Squared Society, supporting ambitious founders under 26. Previous roles include CEO and Co-Founder of Optimo, focused on upskilling factory workers, and CEO and Founder of DINO Solutions, which aimed to help individuals organize their lives through innovative software. Education includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Neuro Entrepreneurship at ESCP Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Coding and Software Engineering from XU Exponential University.
