Carl Schibrowski

Carl Schibrowski is an experienced real estate executive currently serving as Chief Development Officer at New Murabba since April 2024. Prior to this role, Carl held key leadership positions at Brookfield Properties, including Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Property, where responsibilities encompassed leading a significant transition in business strategy and overseeing a team of 170 staff. Carl's prior roles include Development Director at Charter Hall, Senior Manager and Senior Development Manager at Macquarie Capital Funds, and various development management roles at Lend Lease in both Australia and the United States. In addition to industry roles, Carl has contributed to the Property Council of Australia as President of the NSW Division Council and has academic experience as a part-time lecturer at the University of Melbourne. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Melbourne Business School, a Master's in Real Estate Finance from The University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Melbourne.
