Mark Channon is an experienced executive in the development and construction sector, currently serving as the Executive Director of Development at New Murabba since November 2024. Previously, Mark held the position of Development Director at NEOM, focusing on the development of sports and leisure assets for The LINE Proponent. Mark has served as a strategic adviser for Birmingham City Council during the Commonwealth Games 2022, and as CTO at The Kallang, where responsibilities included project finance and the delivery of large-scale sports and entertainment facilities. Mark’s career also includes roles at Skanska, Laing O'Rourke, and the Olympic Delivery Authority, showcasing expertise in project management and infrastructure development. Mark holds an MBA and an MSc from Imperial College London, as well as a BSc from the University of Leeds.
