Steve Burgess

Steve Burgess is an experienced leader in organizational change and strategic advisory services. Currently, Steve serves as the Creator and Founder of the Journey Strategic Platform at New Orchard, which specializes in operational transparency through its flagship product, Journey. In addition to this role, Steve is a Partner-Advisor at Select Impact, having previously held the position of CEO and Co-Founder of Journey Advisory Group, where a focus on business growth and operational maturity was central. Steve also contributed as a Partner-Advisor at Fuel for Good, offering support to visionary leaders, and served as CEO of Guidant Partners for nearly three decades.
