Unlike with two-year programs, you'll achieve the necessary skills to join the ranks of industry on a 26-subject, twenty-week program. Our intensive curriculum was designed in partnership with CIA Consulting of the Culinary Institute of America. Our 90,000 square-foot facility offers students a wealth of resources, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment.
