Swin Cash has had a diverse and impressive work experience. Starting in 2002, they played as a professional athlete in the WNBA until 2016. In 2005, they became the President of the non-profit organization Cash For Kids. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as a Sports Analyst for CBS Sports and also had a role as a TV Personality and Business Owner. In 2015, they hosted the Knicks pregame coaches show for MSG Networks Inc. In 2017, they joined The Madison Square Garden Company as the Director of Franchise Development for the New York Liberty. From January to June 2019, they served as a TV Personality, Sports Analyst, NBA Global Ambassador, and Entrepreneur for CBS Sports, Turner Sports, NBA, and Cash Building Blocks. Currently, Swin Cash is the Vice President of Basketball Operations/Team Development for the New Orleans Pelicans.

Swin Cash attended the University of Connecticut from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication, General. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies during the same period.
