Elisabeth Stancioff is an experienced professional in transit planning and data analysis, currently serving as Senior Manager of Planning and Scheduling at the New Orleans Regional Transit Authority since December 2019. Throughout tenure, Elisabeth has contributed to significant transit planning projects, including a major bus network redesign involving extensive data analysis, public outreach, and report writing. Prior roles include Associate Planner at TMG Consulting, Certified CLASS Observer at Agenda for Children, Land Use Planner Intern at New Orleans City Council District B, and Web Development Intern at Radolo, where Elisabeth developed web applications using C#, JavaScript, and SQL. Elisabeth holds a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor's degree in Slavic Studies from Brown University.
