Derek Stamnos

Derek Stamnos currently serves as the Director of Team Operations for the New Orleans Saints, a position held since 2019. Prior to this role, Derek worked as the Manager of Team Operations with the Detroit Lions from August 2014 to 2019. Experience in team operations also includes serving as Operations Coordinator and Operations Assistant for the Miami Dolphins between June 2011 and August 2014. Derek began a career in sports operations at Arizona State University, where roles included Quality Control of Recruiting for football and Undergraduate Football Operations/Recruiting Assistant from May 2006 to May 2011. Educational credentials include a degree in Business & Interdisciplinary Studies, specializing in Business and Communications, from Arizona State University, obtained in 2009.
