Kathleen Coughlin

Kathleen Coughlin is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Coordinator of Special Education at New Paltz Central School District since August 2014. Previously, Kathleen held the position of Director of Pupil Personnel Services at Hendrick Hudson School District from August 2004 to October 2013 and served as the Assistant Director of Pupil Personnel Services at Carmel Central School District from August 1999 to July 2004. Kathleen earned a Master of Science in Education from the University of Rochester - Warner School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton College. Additional education includes studies at St. Lawrence University during the 1996-1997 academic year.
