Ralph C. Bland

Ralph C. Bland currently serves as the CEO of NPFE and the Superintendent of Detroit Edison Public School Academy.  He directs and manages the educational practices in teaching and learning and has been the visionary leader in obtaining the State of Michigan’s first charter school Blue Ribbon School recognition.  Mr. Bland has led an inner city school with over 70% free and reduced lunch eligibility to earn continuous Skillman Foundation Good Schools, High Performing School recognition.  He has over 20 years of educational experience as a mentor, coach, teacher, principal and superintendent.
