Allison Padelford

Allison Padelford, MS, BSN, RN, WCC has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Allison is currently working at New Perspective Senior Living as the Director of Clinical Education and as a Nurse Educator. Previously, they worked at Brighton Hospice as an RN Assistant Director of Clinical Services and as an RN Case Manager. Prior to that, they held roles at New Perspective Senior Living as a Resource Nurse and Director of Wellness. Allison also worked at St. Gertrude's Health and Rehabilitation Center as a Nurse Supervisor (Charge Nurse) RN, and at St. Gertrude's Health Center as a CNA/TMA. Allison gained early experience as a Professional Nursing Student at Rasmussen College. Allison has also worked in non-healthcare roles, including as a Family Specialist at FamilyWise and as a Mental Health Counselor I at Pathway Homes, Inc. Allison started their career as a Certified Nursing Assistant/Registered Medication Aide at The Memory Center.

Allison Padelford, MS, BSN, RN, WCC has a diverse education history. Allison obtained an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Rasmussen University in 2015. In 2018, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Capella University. Allison further pursued their education at Bellevue University, receiving a Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Counseling in 2014 and their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Behavioral Sciences in 2011. Recently, in 2024, they are expected to complete their MSN in Nursing Education from Aspen University. Additionally, they hold the certification of Wound Care Certified (WCC) obtained from the National Alliance of Wound Care & Ostomy® (NAWCO®) in 2020. Allison is also a registered nurse, licensed by the Minnesota Board of Nursing, Ohio Board of Nursing, Illinois Board of Nursing, Pennsylvania Board of Nursing, and Wisconsin Board of Nursing.
