Andrea Olson

Andrea Olson has been with New Perspective since July of 2016. Originally from Apple Valley, MN, she moved to Faribault in 2016. She has worked with the aging community for the past 10 years in different capacities—dietary, sales, business office management and now in her current role as Executive Director. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking and spending time at the lake with her family. To Andrea, the best part of being on the New Perspective team is being able to be of service to the residents and the team.
