Shane Imsland

Shane Imsland has extensive experience in information technology and operations management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Information Technology at New Perspective Senior Living since May 2019. Prior roles include Director of Information Technology and IT Manager Help Desk at the same organization. Previously, Shane was the IT Manager at Mount Olivet Rolling Acres and founded Elevate Micro Loans, a non-profit financial institution in Haiti, where goals included securing investors and managing loan programs that impacted over 1,000 people. Additional experience includes directing operations at Healing Haiti and holding senior IT management positions at Express Scripts and Assurant, where Shane focused on ITIL standards and regulatory compliance. Early career experience includes a position as Peripheral Operator at West Publishing.
