Lasse Paulsen

Lasse Paulsen is an experienced construction and project manager with a strong background in the offshore wind energy sector. Currently employed at Vineyard Wind as a Construction Manager and Site Manager since November 2018, Lasse also serves as Director and Deputy Construction Manager at New Power Partners. Previous roles include significant positions at Siemens Gamesa, overseeing offshore project execution as a Construction Project Manager and Manufacturing Project Manager for the Gode Wind 1&2 projects. Lasse's earlier experience includes work as a Master Thesis Student at VELUX, a Mentee at Østjysk Innovation, and leadership roles such as Chairman of the Sønderborg Student Foundation. Lasse's educational credentials include a Master's in Technology Based Business Development from Aarhus University and a Master's in International Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of Glasgow.
