PJ Hamm currently serves as the Sr. Director of Aluminum at New Process Steel, overseeing operations for one of North America's largest processors and distributors of flat rolled metal products. Previously, PJ held the position of Director of Sales for Strategic Accounts at Reibus, where responsibilities included enhancing revenue through relationships with enterprise strategic accounts in the aluminum sector. PJ's extensive experience also includes serving as Sales Manager for Novelis, where management of key relationships generated significant revenue, and as a VP and Board Member for the Aluminum Foil Container Manufacturers Association, promoting aluminum as a packaging material. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes ownership of a successful fitness franchise and a variety of sales roles in companies like Sonoco and Rehrig Pacific. PJ holds a B.A. in Sociology and Communication from The Ohio State University.
