Christopher Jones

Christopher Jones is New Relic’s Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for the company’s core sales operations worldwide. He brings three decades of global sales experience in the enterprise technology industry to New Relic.

Jones is known for building and guiding high performing teams and exceptional customer and partner outcomes. He most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at Appian, a leader in process automation, where he led the sales and partner team with significant growth. Jones has also held executive sales and partnership positions at Fuze, Qlik Technologies, Infoblox, Polycom, Avaya, and Cisco.

Jones holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, cum laude, from Duke University, and continued education includes management and executive development at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. He has been named a CRN Top Sales and Channel Executive and Top Sales Team by Comparably. He is active with the Johns Hopkins Sibley Memorial Fund in a quest to help people fighting cancer. Jones is married with three children, living in Washington, DC.
