Ro Higgins

Ro Higgins is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organizational development, operations, and human resources. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Chief People and Diversity Officer at New Relic, Inc., Ro is responsible for driving strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and operational efficiency. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager for the HRBP and DE&I team and Senior Operations Manager, with a focus on empowering teams and enhancing operational excellence. Ro has also consulted for non-profits and start-ups and held leadership positions at Quantum Spatial and WSI, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing organizational development to implementing systems and strategic initiatives. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in English from Oregon State University and a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Organizational Management from Portland State University.
