Toby Minton

Toby Minton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content design, user experience, and technical writing. Currently serving as a Senior Lead Content Designer at New Relic since September 2018, Toby analyzes, writes, and tests on-screen text for the company's product suite. Prior to this, Toby worked as a Senior User Experience Designer at nbn™ Australia, where involvement included strategic UX consulting and establishing a knowledge base. Additional roles include User Experience Designer at Scarlett Madz Media and a decade as a freelance writer and editor, alongside positions as a Senior Copywriter at Avon Products and a Procedure Writer at B&W Y-12 LLC. Education includes study in English: Creative Writing at Eastern Kentucky University and various programs in art and technical subjects.
