Doug Kemstra

Doug Kemstra has extensive experience in IT and infrastructure project management, currently serving as a Sr. IT / Infrastructure Project / Program Manager at New Resources Consulting since January 2023. Kemstra previously held similar roles at TEKsystems and Trissential, with notable responsibilities including the management of infrastructure design and deployment for an Enterprise Customer Information Management System, as well as overseeing numerous site buildout projects across multiple states.
