Rita Azrelyant Mpa

Rita Azrelyant, MPA, currently serves as the Assistant City Manager and Risk Manager for the City of New Rochelle, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Rita was the Principal Owner of Laybel Consulting LLC since December 2017. Rita also held the position of Director of Parking Services for The Town of Greenwich, CT, where management of a $5.5 million parking operation was a primary responsibility from July 2014 to December 2017. Previously, Rita worked as the Assistant to the Village Manager for the Village of Scarsdale from July 2007 to July 2014, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing parking administration. Rita holds a Master of Public Administration, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and a Graduate Certificate in Public Securities from the University at Albany.
