Bruce Hayward

Bruce Hayward has over 35 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, service, and finance. Bruce began their career in 1985 as a Financial Analyst at United Technologies. In 1989, they joined Gleason Corporation as a Director of Machining Operations, Continuous Improvement Leader, and Finance Manager. In 2000, they became the Director of the Detroit Tech Center at Gleason Corporation. In 2005, they moved to The Gleason Works as a Director of Service Solutions, Specialized Gear Services, and Customer Support. In 2013, they were the President of Technology and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Commodore Technology, LLC. In 2018, they became the Senior Director of US Service - East at Transcat. Most recently, in 2022, they were the Chief Operating Officer at New Scale Technologies and Operations Manager at Xerox.
