Kaitlyn Liccion currently serves as Program Director at New Season, having previously held roles such as Associate Director of Residential Services at Daniel Kids and Program Manager/Behavior Services Coordinator at Integrated Supports For Living. With a strong background in residential services, Kaitlyn has extensive experience in operations management, staff training, program development, and compliance with regulatory standards. Additional experience includes work as Supportive Housing Services Care Coordinator at Laurel Hill Center, where responsibilities involved case management, housing stability planning, and collaboration with community resources. Earlier roles included supervisory positions at Looking Glass Community Services and youth supervision at Fingerlakes Residential Center. Additionally, Kaitlyn has coached women's lacrosse at collegiate levels and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Limestone University.
