Aj Kamra

AJ Kamra has an extensive background in human resources and people management. AJ currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at New Seasons Market since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief People and Inclusion Officer at Pressed from November 2021 to May 2023. AJ was also the Head of People at Luna Grill from April 2020 to November 2021 and at Sustainable Restaurant Group from April 2019 to April 2020.

Before that, AJ Kamra held the position of Senior Vice President Human Resources at OTG Management from March 2018 to December 2018. AJ spent a significant amount of time at The Dow Hotel Company, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources from October 2011 to March 2018. AJ also worked as the Chief People Officer at BR Guest Hospitality from October 2009 to October 2011.

AJ Kamra began their career as a Corporate Director of Human Resources at Dow Hotel Company from February 2006 to October 2009 and at Fox Restaurant Concepts from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal at ASK Consulting from 2002 to 2005.

AJ Kamra holds a J.D. degree in Corporate Law from New York Law School. Prior to that, AJ Kamra obtained a B.A. degree in Political Science from Trinity College-Hartford.
