Teresa Jones

Teresa Jones is an experienced finance and tax professional with a strong background in accounting, taxation, and insurance. Currently serving as Finance Officer Assistant at New Song Community Church since August 2014, Teresa manages accounts payable for multiple church locations and oversees collection processing. As a Tax Professional with Aegis TaxMasters from October 2011, Teresa interviews clients to ensure accurate tax filings and provides guidance to optimize tax liabilities. Prior experience includes roles as Tax Preparer and Office Manager at Jackson Hewitt, Insurance Agent at Farmers Insurance, and owner of both Mrs. J's Sweet Potato Heaven and Jones Family Childcare. Teresa holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Palomar College along with various relevant certifications in taxation and insurance.
