Dexter Goodwin

Dexter Goodwin has extensive experience in sales and strategic sourcing, currently serving as the Sales Manager/Agent at New South Construction Supply since October 2012. As the owner of Goodwin Strategic Sourcing since 2006, Dexter established a sourcing business that continues the work previously conducted at Datastream Systems, with a diverse client base including Infor Global Solutions and New South Construction Supply. Dexter held the position of VP Vendor Alliances at Datastream from 2000 to 2006, where the focus was on building strategic alliances with major industrial suppliers. Prior experience includes serving as Southern Group General Manager at Builder Marts of America from 1993 to 1998, overseeing a significant sales plan and managing a team across multiple states, and working in National Accounts at Owens Corning Fiberglass from 1976 to 1985. Dexter holds a BBA in Business Administration from Roanoke College, obtained in 1969.
