Louis Simpson has extensive experience in preconstruction and project management, beginning as an Estimator at Kur-Star Construction from January 2006 to May 2007. Following this role, Louis served as Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Manager at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company from July 2007 to July 2014, before progressing to Project Manager at Landmark Properties from June 2015 to April 2017. Subsequently, Louis held the position of Senior Preconstruction Manager and later Vice President of Preconstruction at New South Construction from May 2017 to May 2021. Louis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management from the University of North Florida, with additional studies at the University of Florida.
