Erick Castro Bungu

Erick Castro Bungu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and management within the renewable energy and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at New Southern Energy and Sales Director for Africa at Redavia, Erick has successfully led initiatives in solar PV project execution and strategic partnerships. Previous roles include Head of Strategic Partnerships at GridX Africa, Country Manager for Eastern Africa at Distributed Power Africa, and various management positions in Inmarsat Global, Delta Energy Systems, TowerTech Africa, Reime Group, Alan Dick & Company, and Baran Telecom. Erick holds an MBA from the United States International University - Africa, a Diploma in Project Management from the Kenya Institute of Management, and a B.Sc. in Electrical Electronics Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
