Mike Gehman

Mike Gehman has extensive experience in operations and engineering, currently serving as Director of Operations and Plant Manager for Pennsylvania Operations at New Standard Corporation since September 2016. Prior roles include Plant Manager, Operations Manager, and Senior Manufacturing Engineer at the same company. Previously, Mike held positions as a Manufacturing Engineer at Kalas Manufacturing, Inc., an Industrial Engineer at Tate Access Floors, and a New Product Development Engineer at Ames True Temper. Early career experience includes Electrical Mechanical Design Engineer at Integrated Defense Systems, Inc. and an R&D Product Design Intern at Berry Plastics. Mike Gehman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Engineering and Technology Management from Millersville University of Pennsylvania in 2006.
