Rob Russini

Rob Russini, MBA, is the Chief Executive Officer of New Start Capital, where oversight of company operations and a focus on revenue growth and operational excellence are primary responsibilities. Previously, Rob held significant roles including Chief Marketing Officer at New Start Capital and several affiliate brands, and Senior Director of Marketing at Heritage Financial Credit Union, where effective marketing strategies were developed. With a diverse background in managing marketing and operational roles at various organizations, Rob has demonstrated expertise in business development and client relationship management. Rob holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and an MBA in Marketing from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, along with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management from Farmingdale State College.
